Geoff Smith Retail Business Development, Retail Marketing Consultant for Business Planning & International Retail

Geoff heads up Retail Brand Marketing Ltd, incorporated in January, 2002. He is a highly experienced retail and brand consultant who has worked with 'blue chip' groups on an international basis. He has led the company in the development of expertise in strategy, marketing, merchandise and operational issues. He has worked on a wide range of projects for brands in UK, US, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates.

Geoff Smith learnt his retail profession with the leading, global fashion group C&A. He worked centrally in corporate planning and information systems before moving to front line senior management. Roles as merchandiser, senior buyer, buying and merchandising controller, b&m director, international general manager and managing director followed with leading companies at home and in the Middle East.

Geoff holds an MBA from Bradford University Management School, UK, and he is a graduate mathematician and statistician. He was elected to Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1993 for accomplishments in retail marketing. He has been a Chartered Marketer since 2000.
